LIST DESCRIPTION
Dear Wine Lovers,
Our objective at Wine & Roses is to continuously select wines that
are unique, stylish, intelligent, and balanced. We spend tremendous
time swirling, smelling, and tasting ‘boutique wines’ from around
the world. We provide our wine adoring customers with ever-changing
opportunities to explore many of the wine regions of the Old World
and the New World.
From the classical to the new growth regions, each wine is selected
from an exceptional producer that concentrates on the terrior
influenced characteristics of the grapes grown in their vineyard.
From the traditions of France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal to the
innovations of North and South America, Australia, and New Zealand,
each and every producer is passionate and enthusiastic in respect to
sharing their own unique traits with us.
Our treasured cellar of 2500 wines are stored in high quality,
temperature controlled Eurocaves comprised of three separate zones
for storage and service. Our red wines are stored at 65 degrees F.
Particular reds and white wines are stored at 53-57 degrees F. And a
separate white wine/champagne service compartment is set at 45-50
degrees F. Custom built modular racks complete our cellar and wine
bar floor.
Our voluminous crystal stemware is the embodiment of old world
European craftsmanship, individually crafted to embrace both the
nose and taste. Bordeaux, Burgundy, Chardonnay, and Champagne
stemware are utilized exclusively to envelope and enhance the wines
for which they were made.
With humble pride our current list reflects 38 wines by the glass
(24 reds and whites from $11 to $18) and 181 wines by the bottle
(from $30 to $980) made from 70 varietals worldwide and assuring
that everyone can taste a jewel from our cellar. Wine & Roses’
aspiration is to always have our cherished patrons enjoying and
deciphering the intricacies of our chosen wines. And with a great
big SMILE, of course!
